ABS Supply is now offering "Blaster Packages" that are the perfect setup for anyone just starting out in the sandblasting business or journeyman in the industry. We provide several different packages that fit your specific need for whatever the job requires. Whether you need to blast wet or dry, you'll find a "Blaster Package" that's right for you at a very reasonable price. Customizations are available with any of the packages along with additional parts and supplies. Below is a list of standard components included with each package:
- Portable skid with forklift pockets
- Blast pot (Schmidt 3.5-6.5 cu. Ft.)
- 25’ power cord
- Four-claw airline fitting
- Aftercooler (250 or 400 CFM)
- Air drop to remove moisture from breathing line (two-claw)
25’ power cord- Four-claw fitting for air inlet and outlet
- 50’ Blast hose
- 55’ power cord extension
- G2 Schmidt electric deadman
- Nozzle holder and hose coupling
- Safety equipment (RPB/Clemco/Bullard)
- Breathing can
- Respirator complete w/ air conditioner
- 50’ of breathing hose

- Nozzle

- Two-claw or ground joint fittings to replace four-claw
